I was thinking about how to do an installation with a labyrinth concept when I came across the cloth labyrinth created for Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, which led to me ordering a heavy duty painters cloth. As it turned out the cloth was too small for what I had intended but beautifully sized to sit upon and paint. Never a mistake, just a change of plan, and new discoveries.
